葡萄籽油由葡萄籽提炼加工而成，是一种纯天然无毒无害且倍受青睐的植物油。本文对近年来葡萄籽油的研究进展进行总结，整理了其所具有的营养成分和生理功能，归纳比较了提取葡萄籽油的多种方法，总结了目前上市的相关产品，并对后续葡萄籽油的发展和利用进行展望。
