Abstract
This design comprehensively applies the professional knowledge learned to prepare the construction technical bid for B-21 Central Kindergarten. With the development of the times, high-tech and software, such as BIM technology and Guanglianda software, have been integrated into engineering management, effectively improving the efficiency of engineering project technical bid preparation. The preparation of engineering technical proposals is of great significance for project construction.
