Abstract
The license plate recognition system is used to realize the control of road
management, parking charge, electronic eye police monitoring, high-speed toll station
and other fields. In this design, more from the software components of several parts to
its application methods were discussed, including: image information collection, image
preprocessing, license plate location, character cutting and recognition. Image
