Abstract
Thesystemintroducestherecognitiontechnologyprincipleofrelevantnight
licenseplateandthemethodofnightlicenseplaterecognitiondesignbyMATLAB,
selectsarelatednightvehicleimageforpreprocessing,anddivideseachcharacterof
thelicenseplateintheimagecompletely,thenfindsandcomparestherelevant
charactersintheestablisheddatabase,andmatchesthecorrespondinglicenseplate.
