Abstract
In the complex operation environment in the process of modernization, the
traditional meter system on the market has been unable to realize the complicated
accounting functions, the problems also appear more obvious slow response, signal
interference and in the actual operation process is not very stable. Therefore, a
top-down design method based on EDA (Electronic design automation) technology is
