The topic of this graduation project starts from the balance of the production line. Through the field investigation of the production situation of the final assembly production line of smoking machine products of W company, it is found that the balance rate of the production line is low and the order completion rate is not ideal. The purpose of this paper is to improve the balance rate of the production line to meet its capacity demand.
