Abstract
"The Rescue of a Courtesan" mainly tells the story of Zhao Paner, a woman of the
wind and dust, who saved her sister Song Yinzhang with her intelligence. By
describing the plot of the struggle between the bottom people and the evil forces, Guan
Hanqing shows the reader a chivalrous prostitute with both wisdom and courage, and
also reveals the helpless pain of the bottom people's life between words.
