摘要
“美国梦”是对美国人民影响深远的一种精神，也是美国文学中重要的艺术
表现主题，而菲茨杰拉德的《了不起的盖茨比》是其中的经典之作。本论文通过
对盖茨比一生的奋斗历程进行分析，展现出盖茨比拥有梦想、实现梦想、破灭梦
想的悲剧，从而揭示了对虚无“美国梦”的讽刺。
