【Abstract】
This project relies on the design of unmanned automatic processing line, which is composed of six working parts: feeding, manipulator, simulation processing, handling, assembly and sorting, and waste recycling station. Each working part is equipped with a PLC for control, and Delta PLC DVP series is the main control center. This design can monitor the action status of each part of the system in real time through the touch screen, which is convenient for manual rapid fault detection
