Abstract
As one of the most dynamic regions, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao
Greater Bay Area has positively contributed to the export of high-tech products
and economic development of Guangdong Province, both in terms of the
introduction of talents and the strategic position of export trade. Currently,
Guangdong Province has entered a period of rapid ageing and problems such as
insufficient labour supply have to a certain extent inhibited the competitiveness
