Abstract
Vanillin is the most widely used spice in the world because of its strong milk
aroma, excellent antioxidant, and antibacterial properties. Now it has been widely
applied in food, chemical industry, medical treatment, agriculture, and other fields.
However, it is crucial to separate and purify the natural vanillin produced by natural
plant extraction and biotransformation technology in order to prepare high-purity
