Abstract
This paper discusses the existing problems of educational punishment power in
China, demonstrates the rationality of educational punishment power and the necessity
of clarifying its boundary, and puts forward a series of feasible suggestions for related
problems. First of all, China's power of educational punishment is faced with a dilemma.
