Abstract
Border Town" is a novella created by Mr. Shen Congwen. This novel has constructed
an idyllic and poetic world for us. It has a strong romantic atmosphere and depicts a
wonderful and unique one for readers with beautiful brushwork. The border town of
western Hunan. Mr. Shen Congwen wrote the simple rural life, natural frank and honest
humanity in poetic language, and showed us the beauty of style and humanity of the
border town.
