Abstract
This paper mainly expounds the application of Veda's theorem in solving problems from the aspects of algebra and geometry, among which the algebraic aspect will be analyzed from the two types of root and coefficient relationships and solution equation systems, and the geometric aspect will be analyzed from the three types of chord length problem, slope problem and fixed value problem, and finally the conclusion will be compared and summarized.
