要
汽车模具制造中，尺寸链的设计和管控至关重要，不严谨的设计和管控将会对汽车模具的制造产生较大影响。
本文使用蒙特卡罗法设计了模具尺寸链，并结合仿真软件对汽车模具中
的镶块间隙
进行了尺寸链分析，使其达到
0.01
毫米至
0.2
毫米的间隙要求。
通过仿真实验验证，设计参数合理，设计目标基本达到。
