Abstract
Fundraising by "fans" has long been a regulatory grey area. Theoretically, the legality and nature of "fans" fund-raising are controversial, and there is no clear legal regulation of "fans" fund-raising in China. The "fans" fund-raising behavior appears irrational support behavior, inducing the value orientation of comparison and the sponsors illegal possession of funds, which infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of citizens and affects the order of financial supervision.
