Abstract
In recent years, with the global climate change, the summer temperature in most
parts of China is extremely hot, refrigeration and air conditioning is becoming
increasingly popular, and summer energy consumption is increasing rapidly. However,
the existing old residential buildings in China do not start from energy saving, there are
no energy-saving measures, poor insulation performance, low efficiency of equipment
